Can be used on personal, nitro, and for sale models. Must hyper link product page.  

Cannot be used on free models.

None of my assets can be used if not purchased from me. 

Do not claim as your own, do not resell.

Absolutely no price splitting, sharing, no leaking, trading. Can not redistribute any products. Link them to it if they want it.

Make sure to put in proper info or license will be revoked.

Getting banned will result in you losing any licensing rights for any of my products.

You are not allowed to remove Purity De Arte or the "PDA" logo off any of my products.

My assets may not be heavily edited. You can edit the texture but the mesh should be recognizable. 

Breaking the rules will result in a DMCA copyright claim.

By purchasing any of my products or "PDA" products you're agreeing to my Terms and conditions.

# WARNING

Official Nitro Rules:

• Our Nitro assets or items can only be used while actively boosting our server.

• If you stop boosting, your boost expires, or you choose to leave, you no longer have permission or the license to use our Nitro assets. These assets or products are for active Nitro Boosters only.

• Do not share our assets or files with anyone. They must boost the server directly if they want to use it.

• Do not boost then take our assets and leave, you will be permanently banned and blacklisted.

• Do not sell our files, assets, or any product created by us by themselves or alone.

• Always properly credit with our Discord link when using our assets or products. - Discord.gg/Lexsi Note: If you've created an avatar using our Nitro assets and your boost expires, you are not required to remove it from your avatar. However, you cannot use the asset on another future avatar or design unless you boost the server again.
