As a dedicated chocolate enthusiast with an eye for detail, I approached Whittakers' Dark Ghana Chocolate with eager anticipation, ready to uncover its secrets and delights. Here's my nuanced evaluation:

Scent: The aroma of this chocolate is undeniably captivating, with a very nice scent that beckons you closer. It exudes hints of richness and depth, setting the stage for the sensory experience to come.

Color: The deep, dark color of the chocolate speaks volumes about its quality and intensity. It's a visual feast for the eyes, promising a journey into the heart of indulgence.

Texture and Melt: While the initial melt is present and provides a glimpse of the chocolate's potential, I found the texture to be a little softer than expected. Achieving a full melt takes some time, which may test the patience of eager chocolate aficionados. A slight adjustment to the texture could enhance the overall melt and elevate the chocolate's appeal.

Flavor: The flavor profile of Whittakers' Dark Ghana Chocolate is truly exceptional. It offers a very nice initial taste, with a complexity that delights the palate. However, there is a noticeable hit of cocoa powder later in the flavor profile, which adds a dry period to the profile.

This is an enjoyable chocolate and is a very good mass produced bar.
