This chocolate greats you with a deep dark colour and gentle earthy aroma. The initial bite, reveals a well tempered texture, a firm but not overly hard feel. Not much flavour until the chocolate starts to melt. The melt is silky exposing a lovely balance of cocoa and vanilla. This chocolate is not overly sweet. Whilst the chocolate has Soya Lecithin, it melts quickly.
