By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all digital content provided by Rayner Digital Labs, including but not limited to PDFs, lesson materials, professional learning resources, and associated files.


2. Licence and Permitted Use

All products are provided under a single-school, single-educator licence, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use the materials for personal professional learning
  • Use the materials within your own classroom or school
  • Print limited copies for classroom use within your school
  • Store copies on secure school systems for internal use only

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, upload, or transmit the materials outside your school
  • Upload materials to public websites, shared drives, marketplaces, or social platforms
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works for redistribution

3. Copyright and Ownership

All content remains the intellectual property of Rayner Digital Labs.

Purchase of a product grants a limited licence for use — ownership and copyright are not transferred.

Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution of any materials, including PDFs, is strictly prohibited.


4. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are supplied.

Once content has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.


5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once content has been accessed or downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If technical access issues occur, reasonable support will be provided.


6. Educational Use Disclaimer

All materials are provided for educational and professional learning purposes only. Schools and educators remain responsible for instructional decisions, implementation, student supervision, safety, wellbeing, and compliance with local policies and regulations.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayner Digital Labs is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or consequential impact arising from the use, misuse, or interpretation of the materials.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Classroom implementation outcomes
  • Student behaviour or wellbeing impacts
  • Technology compatibility or performance issues
  • Decisions made based on course content

Use of the materials is entirely at the discretion and professional judgement of the educator and institution.


8. Updates and Revisions

Content may be updated or revised over time. Where updates are included with a purchase, access will be provided via the original delivery method.


9. Breach of Terms

Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution may result in revoked access and further action where appropriate.
