Camaro

1967

Introduced on Sept. 29, 1966, the 1967 Camaro was Chevy's legendary answer to the popular Ford Mustang.

Built on the new rear-wheel-drive GM F-body platform, it offered nearly 80 factory options, an iconic "Coke bottle" design, and aggressive engine packages that cemented its muscle car legacy.

1968

The 1968 Chevrolet Camaro was a pivotal sophomore model that refined the original '67 pony car to meet new federal safety standards.

It introduced sleeker "Astro Ventilation" (deleting side vent windows), exterior side marker lights, multi-leaf rear springs, and the famous Z/28 package to the public.

1969

The 1969 Camaro is the pinnacle of first-generation muscle cars. Featuring a wider, lower, and more aggressive stance than earlier years, the '69 model year sold over 243,000 units during its extended run.

It remains an icon of performance and style, celebrated for its legendary big-block V8s and dominance on the racetrack.
