Rita obtains her master degree in psychology at University of Nice in 2004, and continue her training in Los Angeles where she get, two years later, her certificate in Life Coaching . But her first love is never forgotten...Always been fascinated by cinema and fitness, Rita also pursues studies at the famous UCLA. Effort rewarded by a degree in “film, television and digital media”.
Therefore, Rita led a successful dual career of coach and actress / director inside the walls of big Hollywood productions. After five years in the City of Angels and always been animated by the pursuit of perfection, she decided to specialize in Sydney (Australia) in one of the most reputable fitness schools: AIF. She obtained her "Master Personal Trainer".
Throughout her rich career, Rita saw and know the plight of dieting and sports training. Today, she uses her expertise and experience to assist both the body and mind.
