Over the past few years, many of you have known me as a hypnotherapist, sound healer, and end‑of‑life doula. Quietly, another thread has been weaving itself through all of that work: helping people find the words they don’t want to leave unsaid.
I’m finally ready to name and share that work more fully.
Legacy Untethered offers gentle, structured support for the thresholds of your life—beginnings, endings, and all the quiet shifts in between. As a legacy guide and story keeper, I help you shape your inner world into letters, brief stories, and simple practices that carry your values, blessings, and hard‑won wisdom forward. This work is open to people of all ages, identities, and ways of thinking and feeling, and is held with calm, clarity, and compassionate accompaniment.
Right now, there are two primary ways we can work together:
A 3‑session Legacy Letters & Stories journey to craft one clear, loving letter or small set of stories for the people who matter most to you.
A 60–75 minute Legacy Conversation, recorded as a private audio for your loved ones to keep.
Additional offerings are coming shortly, including public-facing audio opportunities for those who are interested in sharing in that way.
For those navigating serious illness, caregiving, or grief, I also continue to offer end‑of‑life doula consultation, hypnotherapy, and sound healing—integrated with this legacy work when that feels supportive.
