About Brenda Fanning

Brenda brings over 30 years of experience in organizational and administrative leadership across a wide range of industries, blending grounded professionalism with deeply intuitive care.

She is a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist (CHt) through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, a certified sound healing practitioner through Life Changing Energy (accredited by The Complementary Medical Association), and trained as an end-of-life doula through the University of Vermont’s Professional and Continuing Education program.

Her self-care offerings are holistic and integrative—complementary practices designed to support your personal transformation, well-being, and inner alignment.
