At Stay Sunny Prints Hub, all products are made and printed after order, but it also means standard returns or exchanges are not possible if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or pick the wrong model.
We strive to provide excellent quality and service. Please read the following carefully to understand your options in case of issues with your order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
- Contact our team within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo showing the damage or defect.
- There is no need to return the damaged product.
2. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a product cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal of delivery
- Missed delivery attempts
You may choose between:
- Reprint – Your item can be remade and shipped again. An additional charge may apply to cover production and shipping costs.
- Partial Refund – A portion of your payment may be refunded, taking into account production and shipping costs already incurred.
3. Minor Variations
Each item is produced individually, so slight differences are possible and are not considered defects:
- Print placement may vary slightly (up to ~0.5 inches)
- Colors may differ in tone, brightness, or saturation
- Slight variations in texture or positioning due to the material
These natural differences reflect the custom and handcrafted nature of your order.
4. Wrong Size or Color
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you select the wrong size or color. Please check all product specifications carefully before placing your order.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- If your order included multiple items, refunds may be partial depending on the affected product(s).
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
