In this video I explain the step-by-step process of making up an essential oil blend.
This blend was purposely made at high concentration for therapeutic support due to it being used for an acute situation.
For daily use on adults, or any use on children or babies it would need to be diluted a lot more.
The oils I have chosen to use in this particular blend were for the purpose of supporting the person through an intense emotional time. I explain in the video below why I have chosen to add each oil.
NOTE: At the end of the video, I forgot to say to fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Please don't skip this step!
This dilution ratio would NOT be suitable for babies or children.
