Do you feel energetic during your days or do you always feel tired and drained? Is your physical energy good?
Because whether you want to achieve your goals in general, or you want to succeed with women, you need physical and mental energy.
(Note: I'm NOT talking about male energy, but rather physical energy, the kind that is lacking when you feel drained).
Personally, I have gone through periods when I felt at zero, so instead of complaining...
I did something about it.
What I'm going to show you is how I personally manage my days to have much more energy.
Ready?
Let's start!
7 WAYS TO HAVE MORE ENERGY
1. I START THE DAY WITH A COLD SHOWER
As soon as I get up, I take a cold shower.
I know what you're thinking, I'm sure you're already underestimating the power of this simple gesture.
Maybe you're thinking "Yeah okay, a cold shower definitely wakes you up" or "Yeah okay, but I'm cold!!!". Prepare to be proved wrong, the cold shower not only brings you considerable physical benefits, but it is much easier to do than everyone thinks.
The physical benefits are: It gives you an insane burst of energy: it increases blood flow in the blood and stimulates your entire body It promotes muscle recovery It decreases stress levels (and many other benefits) If your objection is "I'm cold, I can't do it", know that I suffer a lot from the cold, I hate winter, when my friends are in a t-shirt I have a jacket, it is my physiology.
But... the cold shower is something else entirely, the feeling is completely different.
How to do it? Start with lukewarm water, so it's easy to start, then at a certain point put all the water on cold.
The instinctive reaction will be to contract all the muscles, try instead to relax, take a deep breath and I assure you that after 30 seconds the temperature will seem normal to you and you will feel a strong sensation of energy and well-being.
I know, it still seems like bullshit to you. Let's make a deal: you try it once and then tell me how you feel! 😉
Just one time and you'll thank me. How do I know? Because everyone who was skeptical like you tells me 😉 .
2.I GO TOWARDS MY GOALS
During the day I don't let myself be distracted, I go towards my goals in the various areas of my life.
What does this have to do with physical energy?
But... everything?
Of course, if you are mentally demotivated your physical energy will be low, there is little to be done.
On the other hand, if you go towards a goal, you put yourself on the path of the true man, this allows you to have a very strong energy and motivation in your days.
Of course, going towards a goal means also going through difficult times, this is obvious!
But if you have a goal in mind and you are on the right track, you will always have the energy to overcome the obstacles you will find on your way. If you are looking for more information on how to increase your male energy then take a look at this.
3. I KEEP MY TESTOSTERONE LEVELS HIGH
Often the problem of low energy is due to low testosterone levels.
The less testosterone you have, the less male energy and physical energy you have. In the last decades there has been a constant decrease in testosterone levels in men.
In 2006 a study showed that in recent years there has been a 1% decrease in testosterone in men every year.
Another research compared men of the same age in 2004 and 1980 and found that men in 2004 had 20% less testosterone than their contemporaries in 1980.
It is said: "There are no more men like there used to be!" ... it's true! It is a physical fact, scientifically proven!
What to do?
In fact, many things that I explain around the site and in this article serve to improve your testosterone levels, for example: The cold shower Having good body language Sleeping well So start definitely with this, if you then want to go to the next level and increase your testosterone to the maximum to have more energy and seduce women (because the more testosterone you have, the more women you seduce, science says so) then take a look at this.
4. I DO PHYSICAL EXERCISE (OR AT LEAST I GO OUTSIDE)
When I can, I do physical exercise, I don't have to explain to you why it's good, right? 🙂
Sometimes I don't have time for it though... then what?
Then at least I go for a quick walk in nature. It doesn't have to be a forest, if you're in downtown London just look for a park ok? 🙂 Nature relaxes, empties
5.I EAT REAL FOOD
99% of the time when I put something in my mouth, it's real food and not junk food.
What does that mean? I don't eat: Candies Packaged sauces Chips Foods that make you jump out of your seat when you read the list of ingredients etc. etc.
Anyway, by now everyone knows what junk food is, I don't have to explain it to you, right? 🙂
In this article I don't want to get lost in the labyrinth of various diets, everyone says their own and there are conflicting studies on each of these diets.
The thing that unites all these dietary regimes is to start eating real food (no, junk food is not real food, it's garbage).
Let's get one thing straight: I'm not a food Nazi, maybe I'm out and I slip up, but that's fine with me, the important thing is to eat well 99% of the time.
6. I DON'T SMOKE I quit smoking a long time ago and haven't started again.
How did I do it? With willpower, some of my friends have found the classic book "It's easy to stop smoking if you know how" helpful.
This book can be very useful to you but it's definitely not a magic wand, if you don't want it intensely you'll never make it.
Why did I quit?
I quit for 3+1 fundamental reasons, if you're thinking of quitting I hope that at least one of these reasons pushes you to do it definitively.
First reason: health I didn't understand what sense it made to devastate my body. Your body is the only one you have and it should be treated well. At least until they do brain transplants, but until then it's better not to do stupid things.
Second: money Whether you're a very young guy without a penny (like I was at the time), or whether you don't have money problems, it still makes absolutely no sense to spend money on cigarettes.
Let's do the round count that a pack of cigarettes costs €5. If you smoke one every two days you spend: €912 per year. If you smoke one a day you spend: €1825 per year. €1825?!
Ok, it's your choice. I just want to tell you that it's really stupid to spend 1825 € to get a tumor.
Keep in mind that some people get it for free and certainly don't want it: a friend of mine died of cancer a few months ago.
Third: psychological slavery A real man always takes his own decisions independently, he is not a slave to anything, not to women and certainly not to a substance like nicotine.
If you can't choose whether to smoke or not, if you can't throw away money and health to inhale smoke, well ... you are a slave.
How do you think this can affect your life 360 degrees? Isn't it time to break these chains? Yes, it is.
Fourth: the reason I hadn't thought of After quitting, I realized a fourth reason to quit that I hadn't thought of, even though it's a very banal thing.
Non-smokers know well when they kiss a smoker: it's pretty disgusting.
The smell of breath, skin, clothes, no thanks. I'm not telling you that you should quit for the women, you should quit for the 3 reasons I talked to you about before, but know that this benefit is right around the corner.
7. I SLEEP WELL (WHEN I'M NOT GOING OUT AT NIGHT!)
When I don't go out at night, I try to go to bed at a normal hour, say around 11.
Before going to sleep I read a book, this relaxes the mind and prepares for sleep.
I try not to use my smartphone or computer in bed, the type of light emitted by these devices, shot into the eyes, makes it quite difficult to sleep. All right, we're done, I recommend that you choose at least two of these tips and put them into action.
