Hey friend, I’m Kim Kirkley.

I am a retired attorney (JD, MSW) with 30+ years of legal experience. These days I’m a Consumer Rights Strategist, a solo mom by choice, and a Brooklyn mama. I wasn’t born here, but the art, culture, and diversity won my heart.

Here’s why this store exists:

When I turned 60, I found out there are travel rights, protections, and benefits for seniors that almost nobody talks about. Then I watched seniors get overcharged, brushed off, and treated harshly, especially in the air. The silence made no sense to me.

So I did what a lawyer does. I started sharing what already exists. Not hacks. Not loopholes. Just the perks you’ve earned and are legally entitled to.

What you’ll find here

Plain-English guides, letters, and checklists so you can fly smarter, claim what’s yours, and stop being the passenger they count on not knowing the rules.

Why listen to me?

I’m the demographic I serve. I’ve traveled with my kids to Barbados, Panama City, Puerto Rico, Martha’s Vineyard, Fire Island, Sanibel Island, and Disney World. Before kids, I explored Tanzania, Kenya, Italy, England, Brazil, Bermuda, and the Bahamas. I translate legalese into everyday language so you don’t have to.

What I believe

Freedom means having choices. Travel isn’t a luxury. It’s part of a soft, beautiful life, and the largest generation this country has ever seen shouldn’t sit on the sidelines during the years we waited our whole lives for. When I’m not researching your rights, I’m cruising Brooklyn on my e-bike or finding a beach.
