Being seen isn't something I've always been comfortable with, it's not something I was ever taught!

As a little girl I was raised to be seen but not heard which never really made sense to me, what good was it to be seen without a voice and can you actually be heard without being seen?

 Because of this I spent a great majority of my life making an effort to not truly be seen out of fear of how it would make others feel to be my full self! Turning 40 last year I made a commitment to myself to be more vocal through creative expression and to allow myself to be SEEN and encourage other women to do the same!
