Standard TOS:

• Inputting, Feeding or using Shuucheri products and photos in any AI Appliance/system is prohibited.
• All products sold by Shuucheri are for use in VRChat only
• Asset farming Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Re-selling and Re-distributing Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• Price splitting/sharing with friends/trading/leaking Shuucheri products is Prohibited.
• By purchasing you are acknowledging that you have the adequate knowledge of Blender And/or Unity to use it.
• Shuucheri Products are strictly Digital. No Physical product will be shipped.

For Assets:

• If used on a commission, both the Creator AND the Client must own a valid licence for any Shuucheri products used.
• Paid assets sold by Shuucheri can be used on commercial or personal avatars, but not public, Nitro or Free avatars.
• Free assets sold by Shuucheri can be used on commercial, personal, public, nitro and free avatars.
• Streaming, Social media posts and content creation are allowed as long as proper credit is given to the product.

For Avatars:

• If used on a commission, both the Creator AND the Client must own a valid licence for any Shuucheri products used.
• Do not upload Shuucheri Avatars as public
• Streaming, Social media posts and content creation are allowed as long as proper credit is given to the product.
• Editing avatars in Unity and Blender is allowed for personal use, unless stated otherwise on the product description.

Protection:

• By Purchasing a Shuucheri Product, you are confirming that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used, and that the transaction was made by them. 
• Due to the Nature of Digital products, No Refunds will be given.
• Filing a Chargeback or unauthorized transaction claim after recieving and downloading any Shuucheri product may be considered fraudulent behaviour. All relevant evidence, including your agreement to these conditions, will be provided to the payment provider.
• Shuucheri is not responsible for updating their products should they be damaged or faulty due to software updates. Should errors occur, products will be removed from sale as soon as they are recognised as damaged.

Use of Shuucheri products, Materials, files and content is subject to Terms of Service listed. Any breach of these Terms may result in removal of licences, platform reports, Notice of Takedown, account bans or any other action allowed by law to protect Shuucheri.
