Terms of Use/License Info:

All designs are copyright of Skyline & Oak Designs. Purchasing a file grants you a license to use the file, but does not transfer copyright or ownership.
Reselling files in any digital format is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, embroidery files, DTF files, sublimation files. For example, you may not use my files to make/sell as embroidery files. You are welcome to digitize them for your own personal use.
Reselling or sharing of the digital files is not allowed.
Files may be used for small business retail use outside of the Kentuckiana area (Southern Indiana + Louisville, KY). In that region, please limit use to personal projects only, since it overlaps with my own physical product sales.
Selling of wood blanks alone is not permitted anywhere, but you may include them as part of a kit that contains paint and any additional supplies, as long as you are not selling them within the Kentuckiana area.
No wholesale. These files may not be used for wholesale production of any kind.
Finished products made with these designs may not be offered for wholesale, even if you are a small business. This includes, but is not limited to platforms such as Faire, Amazon, Abound, Tundra, or through any other wholesale outlet.
Finished products made with the designs may not be sold on Amazon as retail products either. If you have an Etsy shop that you’d like to sell the finished products in, that is okay.
No mass production, or third-party manufacturing. These designs are intended for individual makers and small businesses who handcraft their own products. Production by third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand companies, or factories is not permitted.
Large-scale retail use is strictly prohibited. These files may not be used for production or resale in large-scale commercial settings (e.g. franchises, big box stores, large online retailers, print-on-demand platforms, or mass manufacturing).
I ask the above not only to protect my local market, but also because I believe wholesale rights should remain with the original designer. I pour countless hours into creating these files, often squeezing in work while waiting at my child’s therapy appointments. If you were investing that much of yourself into designing, you’d probably want the same opportunity to wholesale products from your own designs, rather than seeing someone else do it with your work. Thank you for respecting that!
Often stressed, a bit of a mess, but totally blessed® is a registered trademark of Skyline & Oak Designs. You may only use it to create physical products from the purchased design files that contain the phrase. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
As the end user of a digital design, it is your responsibility to check for potential trademark and copyright violations before using a design. I check the USPTO database before creating new designs, to make sure I’m not infringing upon another company’s intellectual property. However, new trademarks are added frequently, so you must do your due diligence as well. By using these designs you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyline & Oak Designs, and Janet Bratcher, against any and all liabilities.
This license is non-transferable.
Skyline & Oak Designs reserves the rights to unilaterally change license terms at any time, without consent.

Image & Content Use Policy:

All listing and social media photos, product descriptions, and titles are the property of Skyline & Oak Designs and may not be copied or used in your own listings, websites, or marketing. While it might seem harmless, reusing another creator’s photos or wording creates confusion for customers and can make both your business and mine appear less credible and less unique. When shoppers see identical photos or descriptions across multiple shops, they often question which is authentic—or if the product is even real.
Any images used for your listings, website, or promotional materials must be created by you using your own photos. My watermark, shop name, or logo may not be cropped out, edited, or removed, and you may not add your own branding to my photos.
Each image and description I share is carefully created and styled to reflect my brand and the quality of my designs. I take and edit all of my photos myself, often shooting two separate sets with different backgrounds to distinguish between my physical and digital products. Using another creator’s content takes away from that effort and from the integrity of the handmade community. Thank you for respecting the time and care that go into each product I share.
