A non-exclusive beat can be sold several times. 

The user receives, after purchase, limited commercial exploitation rights to the acquired instrumental. A beat that is not exclusive can be offered as exclusive simultaneously. Once the exclusive license has been sold, the beat disappears from the beat store. If a beat has already been sold several times non-exclusive, then it can still be sold once as exclusive.

An exclusive beat can only be sold once. 

All rights are assigned to the buyer after the sale. This then has unlimited commercial rights of use to the beat. The producer is not allowed to resell the beat.

A Premium License is an extended version of our Basic License in our beat licensing section.

This license also comes with tracked out files of the beat. Tracked out files are all the separate audio tracks of the entire beat delivered in the highest quality WAV format. We highly recommend to get these files, in order to get the highest quality recording of your song.
