Sue and Mamie are two old friends who love the Lord, the Word, and going to church. Sue and Mamie don't mind telling it like it is. The comedy of Ms. Sue and Ms. Mamie began in 2005 during the live performance of the Christian stage play "He Still Gets the Glory", written and directed by Jennifer Banks. Jennifer Banks (Ms. Sue) and Del-Gratia Jones (Ms. Mamie) have been performing and bringing laughter to God's people ever since.
Ms. Sue and Ms. Mamie have a way of helping God's people see the humor in the Christian experience and life in general through telling stories of their past or through their original gospel inspired songs like "You Gotta Put a Leash On Your Praise", "Lord, These Shoes Killing My Feet", "Lord, I'm Walking in the Light, Don't Turn It Off", and "I Know The Lord's Gonna Let Me Fish In Heaven". This awesome duo believes as it is written in Proverbs 17:22, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."
