Printing Instructions
For the best results, print your notebook cover using these recommended settings:
- Print at 100% (Actual Size). Do not select "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit."
- Print on 65–110 lb cardstock (176–300 gsm) for a sturdy, high-quality finish. Regular paper can also be used if preferred.
- Use your printer's Best or High Quality print setting for vibrant colors.
- Make sure your printer is set to the correct paper type (such as Cardstock or Heavy Paper, if available).
How to Apply Your Cover
- Print the notebook cover.
- Carefully trim along the outer edges using scissors or a paper trimmer.
- Apply an even layer of glue stick, double-sided adhesive sheets, or spray adhesive to the back of the printed cover.
- Center the cover on the front of a standard composition notebook and smooth it from the middle outward to remove air bubbles.
- For added durability, cover the front with clear self-adhesive laminate or clear contact paper. Wrap any excess around the edges and trim neatly.
Tips
- Allow printed ink to dry completely before trimming or applying adhesive.
- If using an inkjet printer, laminating or covering with clear contact paper will help protect the design from moisture and everyday wear.
- A standard composition notebook measures approximately 9.75 x 7.5 inches (24.8 x 19 cm).
