Favorite Breakfast & Meals

Okay so I'm currently at my job and having a not so healthy breakfast, a vanilla yogurt with a bit of bunch crunch on top.

Listen it's not the greatest and to be truthfully honest it wasn't the tastiest either, so it made me think.

Wouldn't your readers want to know what you truly enjoy for breakfast, lunch & dinner? I mean I'm as nosey as the next person...so Yesss why not?

So here are the best meals I've ever had (so far), that you can make for yourself !


  1. Ms. Kayla Chandler's Overnight Oats - Under 400 calories & my favorite is the strawberry one & well the mango one is okay too Click here for the recipe & here for the video

Personally I like the crunch walnut topping and how easy it is to grab on in the morning when you're on the go. You can mix it up and make it your own!


Ms. Kayla Chandler's Egg Muffins - OMG I swear these are sOoO TASTY! delicious and easy to make. What I love most about them is that the aroma literally fills the entire room when you heat them up to eat. I've made these in my air fryer and they came out so good. Ok I'm getting there, first and foremost I'm Hispanic so the majority of my current food contains rice BUT when I'm attempting to lose weight and keep my food intake under control I gravitate towards this.


Gluten Free Chicken Pasta Salad with Lemon Herb Dressing


I can't tell you through words how effin amazing this salad is... and mind you I'm not a salad lover at all! Literally everytime I hear someone having a salad and shaking it from across the room to get the dressing all over... I roll my eyes (like really? you couldn't just grab your fork and move around the lettuce Lisa? Being all loud and what not.)


Anyway back to what we were discussing here's the salad.. Now I know it may not look like much but when I tell you I made a hugeeee bowl of it and I couldn't get enough. It's got chicken, tomatoes..heck just go to the recipe.

Okay now enough talk about salads... and healthy meals.

Not only is it delicious but sooooo stinking good and also so affordable.

Now to finish off one of my all time favorite soups is this Cabbage Soup.

Don't knock it before you try it, trust me I was like Ugghhhh Cabbage ?! and then I made it once and fell in love with it

It's tasty and lasts for about 2-4 days in the fridge.

Highly recommend it.
