Hi! I'm Stella Lovegood. I write spicy short fantasy stories, sometimes with an edge of some magic, horror, and/or dystopian feels. My stories tend to veer between erotica and spicy romance, and span a range of themes on the darker side. Under my other penname Penrose Evergreen, I write contemporary spicy romance set in the college world.
On my website and Goodreads account, I also post reviews of ARCs and published short stories that fit these same genres.
Want me to review your ARC?
Please send a request if your ARC meets these requirements:
- Short - generally around or under 100 pages
- Spicy fantasy or college erotica/romance
- Happy to read and review sports/hockey romance, dark romance, billionaire romance, college romance, romance with sci-fi/fantasy/dystopian/apocalyptic themes, as long as they have spice
- If it's coming out soon, let me know the date/when you need the review in by
- Send me the social media links you would like included in the review on my blog
- I'll only post the review to Goodreads and my blog
- I strive to get your reviews back to you within two weeks' time/by the date of your book's release, but as I also write and self-publish books, it may sometimes take longer, like up to a month.
I ask for shorter ARCs because I tend to keep to a vigorous writing schedule and want to be able to read as many books as I can to support other indie authors. Since I write fast fiction--spicy reads typically under an hour read--I try to share the same type of stories on my blog too.

If something's caught your eye and you'd like to read it for free in exchange for a honest review, please don't be shy! Drop me a message on my contact page or email me at stellalovegoodwrites@gmail.com. While all authors love it when readers buy books from them, I also understand that some readers may be on a tight budget or have too many books on their TBR to reasonably purchase all of them. If you would like to be considered for a free copy in exchange for a review, please contact me with the follow information:
- Requirement: Posting a review directly on my product page on my website
- Which websites will you cross-post your reviews to? (Please include links to your Goodreads account and/or your own blog)
- Will you will be willing to cross-post to Kobo/other websites?
- Requirement: You agree not to redistribute, share and/or sell my ARC/free copy to the public or even amongst your friends and family. If they would like to read the book too, please ask them to apply for an ARC directly with me so they can provide a review of my novelette too.
- The expected date you will be able to leave a review by (generally, I would like reviews within a week of distributing the ARC, so please do not ask for one unless you will provide the review in a timely manner).
- Please note: I will only provide one ARC at a time. Should a reader not provide an honest review within the timeframe they provided, nor email me with reasons why they cannot leave a review (such as a DNF), I will not give out ARCs for other books to that reader in the future.
- Please personalize your message; if it is clearly cut and paste or spam-like, I will not reply.
