BC X ARMOUR TRAINING
Train Heavy. Move Fast.
A disciplined training method focused on rotational strength, diagonal force transfer, and controlled whole body power.
A disciplined training method focused on rotational strength, diagonal force transfer, and controlled whole body power.
Armour Training is a method designed to build strength without slowing the body down.
Rather than isolating muscles or relying on excessive volume, the system focuses on how force moves through the body as a whole. Strength is developed through coordinated movement, structure, and intent.
The goal is not to become heavier or more rigid, but to become stronger while remaining fast, adaptable, and controlled under load.
Armour Training treats the body as a unified system, not a collection of parts.
At the core of the system is the X Pattern.
This refers to the diagonal pathways through which force is transferred across the body. These patterns connect the shoulders, trunk, hips, and legs, allowing power to move efficiently rather than being absorbed or lost.
Training along these diagonal lines builds stability, rotational strength, and the ability to generate force from the ground up.
The result is strength that carries over into movement, not strength that stays trapped in the gym.
The Armour Switch™ is the mental and physical shift that occurs when the body learns to brace, move, and release force correctly.
It is not about tension for its own sake. It is about controlled readiness.
When the switch is on, the body moves with purpose. Load is accepted, redirected, and released efficiently. When it is off, movement becomes loose, inefficient, or unstable.
Armour Training develops this switch through structure and repetition, not motivation or intensity alone.
The BC X Ball is used within the system to reinforce rotational movement and diagonal force patterns.
Rather than training in straight lines only, the ball introduces controlled instability and rotation. This challenges the body to organize itself under load and maintain structure through movement.
The ball is not a separate method. It is a tool that supports the wider Armour Training system.
By joining BC X Armour Training™, you receive:
• A free foundational PDF outlining the core principles of the system
• An introduction to rotational and diagonal power training
• Early access to future developments within BC X Armour Training™, including the BC X Armour Vest™
This is not a program library. It is an entry point into a method.
The Original BC Armour Vest™ is part of the Armour Training method.
Version 1 is not publicly available.
Future versions will be released in limited quantities.
The BC Armour Vest™ is a purpose-built, historically grounded training vest designed to place authentic armour load at the centre of the body.
It exists to serve the Armour Training method - developing rotational power, ground force transfer, and movement readiness through controlled burden.
Those registered will be notified first when the next version becomes available.
BC Armour Vest™ is an EU & UK registered design.

The Original BC Armour Training is a foundational text exploring how humans have historically prepared the body under burden — not for appearance, but for movement, endurance, and survival.
Drawing on ancient sources, archaeological evidence, and modern movement science, this book examines why armour, load, and structured weight were central to preparation across history. It explains how training under central burden reshapes posture, force transmission, and coordination, producing power that is functional rather than cosmetic.
This work is not a workout manual.
It does not prescribe routines, repetitions, or programmes. Instead, it establishes the underlying principles of Armour Training as a method — grounded in history, biomechanics, and practical understanding of human movement under load.

This book is intended for serious readers, practitioners, and thinkers interested in movement, preparation, and the recovery of forgotten training principles.
It serves as the intellectual foundation of BC Armour Training.
