Refund Policy:

Once the service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Turnaround Time:

The standard turnaround time for our services is 7-14 business days.

Business Communication:

Phone Business Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday.

For inquiries outside business hours, please email or text. We will respond within 48-72 hours.

Reschedule Fee:

A reschedule fee of $50 will be applied per scheduling.

Traveling Fee:

There is a $50 fee for locations beyond a 25-mile radius outside of Atlanta.

Booking and Payment:

To reserve any booking, a 50% down payment is required.

The remaining balance must be paid after booking.

A $45 late payment fee will be charged for any payment overdue by 24 hours.

Project Cancellation:

After 14-day notice of no respond or failure to respond to any instruction or request within this period will result in a cancellation, and no deposit refund will be provided.

Photography:

Non-exclusive rights for a limited period (one year): $500

Exclusive rights for a 10-year period: $1,500

Exclusive rights in perpetuity: $3,000

Rights and Licensing - Videography (Promo Video):

Non-exclusive rights for a 1-year period: $800

Exclusive rights for a 10-year period: $2,500

Exclusive rights in perpetuity: $5,000
