About this Agreement:

This is an agreement between you (the purchaser) and me, Mike Afford (the copyright holder). I have tried to write this in simple language that I hope is easy to understand. If you have any questions, or you don’t know whether this license permits your intended use, please contact me for clarification before using the Font.

Your Rights:

As with most font licenses, you are purchasing a license to use this Font – you are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the Font, but rather just the rights to use the Font. This Font is ‘royalty free’ so once you’ve purchased it, you are free to use it (subject to this Agreement) without any additional fees.

There are two license types available:

1. Standard License (Personal Use Only)

Choose this license if you are an individual using the Font for personal or non-commercial projects.

What you CAN do:

Install the Font on your own computers.

Use it to create personal artwork, documents, and projects.

Make backup copies for your own use.

Provide the Font temporarily to a designer/developer working on your behalf, provided they delete it when done.

Use the Font to create images (e.g. PNG, JPEG, PDF) or videos.

What you CANNOT do:

Use the Font on items for sale (e.g. T-shirts, mugs, posters, book covers, apps, etc.).

Use it in logos, branding, or commercial client work.

Convert it into a webfont (e.g. @font-face) or make it downloadable in any form.

Share, resell, or redistribute the Font.

2. Extended License (Commercial Use Permitted)

Choose this license if you intend to use the Font for commercial purposes — such as client work, products for sale, logos, packaging, book covers, apparel, or other merchandise.

What you CAN do:

Everything covered by the Standard License.

Use the Font in commercial projects and on items for sale (e.g. T-shirts, books, websites, packaging, etc.).

Use it in logos, branding, and client work.

Embed it in PDFs, videos, or apps, provided it cannot be extracted.

What you CANNOT do:

Convert or distribute the Font as a webfont (e.g. @font-face).

Include the Font in templates, plugins, or themes for resale.

Share, resell, or redistribute the Font in any form other than flattened/embedded artwork.

Modification

Please use the Font as supplied. If you need changes or additional glyphs, contact me. You may not deconstruct or remake the Font.

Disclaimer

The Font is licensed, not sold. It is provided “as is”. I (Mike Afford), Afford Media and Consultancy Services Ltd. (trading as Mike Afford Media), and any associates are not liable for damages arising from its use or misuse.

Good Faith

This license is granted in good faith. You agree to follow these terms honestly and in good faith.
