Dr. Kelly Bullock Daugherty has worked in education for close to 20 years until launching Transitions Educational Consulting, LLC in 2014. Transitions' mission is to help students, teachers, and educational leaders define their personal and professional GREATNESS by teaching strategies that engage, motivate, and promote leadership development. Our training’s work to increase teacher efficacy and leadership in the classroom by teaching research based instructional practices that impact student learning.
