Story
Valentina broke her left foot during a dance class, after a misstep caused her to lose her balance. Her teacher, worried and feeling guilty for not being able to prevent the accident, acted quickly and took her to the nearest hospital.
After a medical evaluation and some tests, a fracture in the metatarsal of her left foot was confirmed. Valentina had to immobilize her foot with a heavy cast that included a small heel to help her walk more steadily.
Although relieved that it wasn’t a more serious injury, Valentina was visibly shaken by the situation. Her teacher stayed by her side throughout the entire appointment and, in the end, made sure to take her home safely and comfortably.
