Valplame

Valpalme is the result of more than 700 exercises within 15 ebooks developed around how to learn and train at football everywhere at any time.

I have simply imagined how to keep young players who want to learn how to play football and having every possible chance of doing it.

I have thought of a way where players could keep developing their game reflexes throughout exercises without having to be at training.

We know that our major learning process is through imitation, associations, and repetitions.

By associating what they would have done, they will have a deeper understanding of what to do on the pitch.

They will have to solve the numerous game-related exercises developed inside the program by putting themselves into the situation.

The aim is now to keep finding ways on how I can develop tools and learning pathways for any age groups, abilities, and skill's level.

I've already developed other methodologies more related to the performance's aspect of the game, with noticeable results in using pre-session engagement and visualisation.

I'm always looking improve my players in practising at the best of their capabilities, and to enjoy the game.

The message from us, coaches to our players, is that we can always find ways to keep looking for solutions for improvement to create greater outcomes.

Football is a problem solving game that can only be solved if we keep looking for solutions.

In representing and demonstrating such an example to them, they will follow it.

There is always a way for it until the game is over.
