Gary Cullen aka Vegan Surfer

Hi everyone,
I'm Gary, 41years old and Irish,
Vegan for 8 years and vegetarian before that.
I've been working with food since I'm 16 years old.

I've worked (amongst others) in The Happy Pear, Avoca, Sprout, Shoot & Roots plus my own food stalls in local food markets here in Ireland.

I've also lived on the North-west coast of Ireland working as a Surf Instructor and running my own Vegan Surfer Weekends, where I cooked up a storm for people from all over the world.
As well as that I had a small cafe in the South-west  serving up veggie foods and grafting hard to create dishes to make peoples mouthes water.

Currently I'm back on the East coast working closely with a Plant based fitness group while I continue my studies in Vegan Nutrition. 

Throughout all these years of following a Vegan Plant Based Diet I've gained alot of experience cooking for others and for myself.

My sons taste-buds have provided a rigorous testing ground for my recipes and my Italian partners mediterannean heritage signing off on the Italian inspired flavours.

Here in this eBook you'll find a mix of starters, sauces, Main courses and plenty of sweet desserts to get you going on your vegan journey. All the recipes are straight forward and simple and the most out there piece of equipment I use is a handheld blender.
