I held my first solo exhibition solely focused on calligraphy, in a traditional Mongolian house “ger.”

Since it was my first calligraphy-only exhibition, and it was in Mongolia, I wondered, “What should I write?” In the end, I decided to create pieces inspired by my travels here in Mongolia, so for the two weeks leading up to the exhibition, I went on a big adventure.

For two weeks, I hitchhiked all over Mongolia and had so many incredible encounters along the way. I stayed with an authentic nomadic people thanks to the guy who picked me up, went on a fishing camping with a father and son, and even traveled 1,600km in a single day!

After all those adventures, I returned and spent the next few days fully focused on creating. I ended up with 12 pieces I was really proud of, and they were displayed for several months.
