Copyright and Content Usage

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, currently in force within the Spanish legal system, all vector designs and photographs available for download on this platform are protected by copyright. The acquisition of any of these files grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable license for use.

This license allows the purchaser to:

• Use the images in digital or physical formats.

• Reproduce them for personal or commercial purposes (only if they are part of a final product not intended solely for resale of the image), or for promoting their brand, provided the following clause is not violated.
• "Make only those modifications strictly necessary to adapt the content to different reproduction formats (e.g., resizing, resolution adjustments, or format conversion), provided that such modifications do not substantially alter the work or infringe upon the author's moral rights."

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Resale, redistribution, transfer, or sublicensing of the files, whether free or for profit.

• The use of the images for commercial purposes that involve direct exploitation of the image itself, such as individual resale, inclusion in image banks, design marketplaces, or products whose main purpose is the downloaded image.

The purchaser agrees to respect the moral and economic rights of the author in accordance with the current legislation, acknowledging that any unauthorized use may lead to the corresponding legal actions.
