Print onto card or paper and then laminate. Cut out the pizza and toppings out, with the young individual discuss what positive attributes they have to add to their pizza. Each topping has a positive personality trait to build up confidence and self recognition of good personal qualities. there is also blank toppings so individuals can write their own. Another good exercise is to have another individual sit beside them and add positive toppings that they see in them to have a good communication skill to verbalise the good you can see in others.
