Medical Coding & Insurance Billing

This course provides foundational and advanced training for massage therapists and estheticians seeking to work with medical providers, attorneys, and insurance companies. Students will learn how to read medical documentation, use CPT and ICD-10 codes relevant to their scope of practice, complete SOAP notes and claims forms, navigate the reimbursement process, and become credentialed providers. Participants will gain insight into compliance, HIPAA regulations, and successful billing strategies for personal injury, workers’ compensation, and healthcare referrals.
