Cute and helpful!

A great beginner's guide to self care!

There are 22 pages of quality content on self-care, but it is not overwhelming. Kylie intentionally creates space in the guidebook for you to learn, absorb, and reflect at your own pace. Short but full of impact

I love that there is not a heap of reading. A few short paragraphs to explain and then interesting questions to get you thinking, nothing too hard or heavy, and then some worksheets to help you plan. You don’t just see where you need to change things in your life but you get ideas to help you actually make the changes. It is also easy to do these short activities each day to help make it a regular habit
