By downloading any of our songs/images, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that are stated on the product page and as well as in the licence that came with your purchase. (Product dependent) Examples can be found below.

Our store is dedicated to South Africans at home and those living abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. To make shopping simple and convenient for our international customers, all prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). No matter where you are in the world, we hope our music brings a little piece of South Africa into your heart. 🇿🇦

N/B All prices are displayed in US Dollars due to our PayPal payment gateway. However, when you proceed to checkout, you can select South Africa as your country to view the converted amount in South African Rand (ZAR) before completing your payment.

1. Digital Products, Delivery & Refund Policy

All products sold by Audio Delight/Children's Delight equal to the name Heritage Heart as they are subdivisions of Heritage Heart. No physical items are shipped unless stated.

Final Sale Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a download link has been sent or accessed.
Faulty or Corrupted Links: In the unlikely event that a download link is faulty or corrupted, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will provide a new, tested, and high-quality replacement link.
Technical Responsibility: All files are tested prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device, suitable software, and a stable internet connection to access and play the files.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content sold remains the intellectual property of Heritage Heart.

Personal Use License: Purchases grant a non-transferable, personal-use license for listening within a family environment or a single classroom setting.
Prohibited Use: Resale, redistribution, sharing, uploading to public platforms, commercial broadcasting, sublicensing, or any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Heritage Heart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

All content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including guarantees of specific educational effectiveness or outcomes for every individual user.

6. Corporate Structure & Branding

"Please be advised that Audio Delight™ has undergone a brand transition and now operates under the name Heritage Heart™. All existing contracts, agreements, and obligations previously entered into under the name Audio Delight™ remain fully valid and are now enforceable by and through Heritage Heart™ (a division of Cape Town Advanced Business Solutions)."

"Audio Delight™ and Children’s Delight™ are official trading divisions of Heritage Heart™. All contracts, licenses, and agreements issued under the names Audio Delight™ or Children’s Delight™ are legally binding and are managed by Heritage Heart™ (under the parent entity Cape Town Advanced Business Solutions)."

to own and play this audio for Personal and Private enjoyment. This includes:

 Playback on personal devices (Phones, Laptops, Home Systems).

 Use in private, non-monetized home videos or personal social media

posts.

 Storage in private digital libraries.

2. RESERVATION OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

IMPORTANT: Audio Delight strictly retains all Commercial and

Synchronization Rights to this work. This means the following uses are

PROHIBITED unless a separate Commercial Arrangement has been made in

writing:

 Public performance in a business (Cafes, Lodges, Shops).

 Use in paid advertisements, radio, or television.

 Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the audio file.

3. COMMERCIAL UPGRADES

To upgrade this license for business use, public performance, or media

production, please contact Audio Delight at audio_delight@outlook.com to

arrange a Commercial License Extension.
