One of the best ways to meditate is to repeat softly the Words of God.
- close your eyes
- take a deep breath through your nose, expanding the lungs
- release the breath - to relax, do this at least 3 times before beginning
- then audibly or silently repeat the verses of this meditation
You are now replacing your cares, fears, or tears, with the truth found in the multiple translations of this verse.
Meditate on the words, listen or read during your commute to work, before a big meeting, in bed at night or anytime the need arises. Replace your cares, fears or tears with health – physical, emotional and financial!
