Loved it, can’t wait for more recipes. Wishing for more diversity of portions though

What I like most about the book is that all the recipes are pretty simple and can be done in a short amount of time. As a student this is pretty convenient because I don’t have much time to cook.
I personally tried the pancakes and I loved them. They were delicious and fluffy. However, I made mine with more milk than the recipe suggested for a thinner consistency. And.....just a few chocolate chips, because why not? Despite that they still turned out great.

My only issue is with the diversity of the servings. I just wish that there were more options for single servings. Also more alternatives to the veggies used. I don’t really like spinach.

Other than that I am excited to try out more recipes and I recommend it to anyone looking for quick and delicious meals.
