A textured cardigan inspired by and dedicated to my niece Bailey, each stitch a testament to the beautiful, smart, adventurous, kind, thoughtful, and sweet person she is. This cardigan reflects all of her amazing qualities, and will add a timeless, yet modern, layering piece to any wardrobe.

NOTES: The body of the sweater is worked in one piece from the bottom up. The body is divided at the armholes, and the Left Front, Right Front, and Back are worked separately. The necklines are shaped using decreases and by binding off stitches, and shoulders are shaped using the Sloped Bind Off Method. The shoulders are seamed, and the Neckline Extensions are joined and seamed to the back neck. The sleeves are worked flat from cuff to armhole edge, then seamed and are sewn into the armholes. The ribbed Neckband is worked as you knit. To finish, buttons are sewn onto Neckband.
