Fifteen-year-old, Oliver’s life is flipped upside down when he opens a time capsule and inherits the superpowers from Nero, an evil and long-dead supervillain. It is these powers that bring out Oliver’s dark side. Oliver learns to control his superpowers, dons a mask, and spreads chaos across the city as Knightstar. He is soon assigned a deadly mission to try and bring the city to its knees to prepare for a new order, ready for Nero’s resurrection.

However, when Knightstar is subjected to the pain and suffering he has caused, he has a major decision to make. Will he become the supervillain that tears down the city or will he become the superhero the city needs?
