Today, people are experiencing extreme amounts of stress, mostly teenagers, young adults, and single mothers. Unfortunately, stress generates an unending cycle of negative emotions that teens and young adults find it difficult to handle and hard to fathom.
Trying to manage work, your family, school, and college, along with other demands of life can get a bit ridiculous. The information in this course showcases some stress management strategies for school age children, college students, parents, and the everyday worker.
Some unhealthy reactions to stress may have long lasting effects, which leads to health issues. Once we learn the tools and harness the skills to minimize stress, we can focus our energy on what genuinely matters to minimize the trauma.
