For those who struggle going inward, this is a sneaky way to add in some discreet, yet deeply revealing, introspection. 

You'd be amazed at what you can accomplish when you express your desires and what you can learn about yourself as a result.

For my birthday, I went all out making a Scorpio-themed bucket list.
