Life Operating System
The only file that covers all five axes - money, time, body, mind and skin - on one screen, with a single number for each.
Set a weekly target at the top of each axis tab. Five numbers, once. Then log as you go: every tab is deliberately small, a date and a couple of columns. Open the Dashboard when you want to know where you stand, and work the Quarterly Review every three months.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Dashboard - one number per axis, and the coverage meter
Start Here - how the file works and which cells are yours
Money - a monthly ledger with a category rollup
Week - the three that matter, and the blocks around them
Body - sessions and load
Mind - what you read and how the day felt
Skin - did you do it, and did anything react
Quarterly Review - the numbers first, then five questions
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
The Dashboard is sparse on purpose. A five-axis dashboard that shows everything is a wall of numbers and the eye slides off it, so this one shows one KPI per axis over the last seven days against a target you set, and the detail waits on the axis tab for when a number looks wrong. The coverage figure is the plain average of the five percentages: not weighted, because any weighting would need defending person by person, and not a score out of anything.

BEFORE YOU BUY
This is not five products in one file and it does not replace the specialist tools; the Body tab asks if you are training, not how to periodize a block. If one axis has all your attention, buy the tool for it. Excel 2016 and later, and Google Sheets. Digital download, all sales final.
