- Personal Licenses are for Personal Projects only. Anything outside the scope of personal will result in a removal of license key & DMCA/Copyright claims will be issued.
- Commercial Licenses are for Commercial Projects & Personal Projects. Once you buy a license the only requirement of you (after signing agreement) is to credit me via payhip/gumroad link in the description of your product. DMCA/Copyright claims will be issued otherwise.
- If you buy a commercial license, you must sign the agreement that I will send to your email. Failure to do so will result in immediate disciplinary action taken against your license key.
- If your license key is revoked, refunds will not be issued no matter the circumstance.
- If you buy a avatar with a texture, you 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞 the textures on other avatars 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 you buy those textures from me (Clouded Minds) or the original credited creator. The credit must redirect them to my gumroad/payhip
- You can't put it on a nitro/free asset.
- If you enter in the line "discord tag or vrchat" a non-existent discord or game nickname, a set of letters or numbers, your license key will be disabled. (I do check)
- You may not share these assets with anyone else.
- You may not apply these textures to an avatar and upload it to someone else's account
- Leaking, trading, no price splitting, reselling or having accessible to public.
- No Refunds under any circumstance
