This gentleman arrives for his follow-up appointment on crutches. His left lower leg is immobilized in a split fiberglass short-leg cast. Could it be an Achilles tendon injury that is troubling him? At the very least, his foot is not cast in a perfect 90-degree position.

The strain of getting around solely on crutches is evident on his face.

After checking in, he first goes to the restroom. When he comes back out, he heads to the waiting room and sits down. A short while later, however, he stands up again—appearing a bit nervous—and realizes he is sitting in the wrong waiting room.

We run into him again later, after his appointment, as he waits outside for his ride.
