The Bible for testing standards for test developers and test users. Thankfully the editorial/author team addressed accessibility in depth in the Fairness chapter, likely in response to the light on the subject following the introduction of modified alternate achievement tests. Ideally - and as recognized by the new Standards - accessibility should be built into every assessment for every population from the ground floor.
A variety of other "new" topics are addressed as well, including opportunity to learn.
Overall, a worthy successor to the 1999 version, and it should be on every test developer's shelf.
