A qualified Emotion Therapist and Mindset Mentor.
I am passionate about helping women to reframe the negative thought patterns and emotions that are holding them back and create sustainable habits that support their desired lifestyle. Helping them to achieve peace, freedom, self-love and inner happiness.

Hi I'm Fee
A Menopause, Nutrition and Wellness Coach with 38 years experience as a Nurse.
I know just what it's like to feel a stranger in your own body, my own experience of Perimenopause with all the joys of weight gain, anxiety, brain fog and more is what inspired me to learn more so I could support other women to Thrive.

No. This course is not about restriction. You’ll learn how to nourish your body in a way that feels sustainable, satisfying, and supportive—without cutting out food groups or obsessing over numbers.

Absolutely. We’ll explore the emotional side of eating and give you practical, compassionate strategies to feel more in control without guilt or shame.

All sessions are recorded and available to watch in your own time. You’ll still get the full benefit of the course, even if you can’t join us live.

You’ll get support from both coaches—Fiona (nutrition) and Louise (mindset)—plus a community of like-minded women in a safe, encouraging space. You’re never doing this alone.

We’ve designed this course to be manageable and flexible. You’ll need around 2 hours per week to take part, and everything is structured to support your life, not overwhelm it.
