Ray Hollis III
I’ve been music programming since I was 18, with experience rooted in real, on-site environments—from programming for church services and events in Hickory, NC to working with artists across Jazz, Rock, Hip Hop, R&B/Soul, Pop, and beyond. My approach has been shaped by years of hands-on growth as a multi-instrumentalist, working as a drummer, keyboardist, organist, auxiliary keys player, and bassist, which allows me to program with the full band and musical context in mind. Opportunities to learn and create between Berklee College of Music in Boston and The Art Institute of Philadelphia helped refine the methods I use today—methods built on musical understanding, adaptability, and serving the music above all else.
