Then, during the Extended Build Session, we’ll go deeper into the customer-facing experience around your tool.
You’ll work on how someone:
enters or starts the experience
understands what the tool will help them do
moves through the questions or steps
receives their result
knows what to do next
We’ll also explore decisions such as customer-facing language, navigation, buttons and flow, result presentation, optional audio or music when appropriate, and where your tool may eventually live.
The goal is not to add technology just because you can.
The goal is to make the experience clearer, easier to use, and appropriate for the job.
