How it all works

The Story Behind My Personal Training


I’ve been training for years. It’s what kept me focused when life got mad. I didn’t start this to be some online influencer — I started personal training because I know what it’s like to lose drive, fall off, and have to build yourself back up from scratch.


Training gave me structure. It gave me control. And now, I’m using that same mindset to help others do the same.


I work with real people — not models, not fake before-and-afters — just everyday people who actually wanna feel better, move better, and look stronger.

How It Works


Everything’s done virtually — no stress, no travel. We connect through Zoom or WhatsApp video, and I train you live, properly. I’ll see your form, talk you through each set, and keep you on track just like we’re in the same gym.


You’ll get:


Live 1-to-1 sessions with me — I guide you, correct you, push you.


Weekly check-ins to track your progress and make small tweaks.


A training plan built around you — your time, your equipment, your goals.


Direct WhatsApp contact — if you need help, I’m there. Voice note, text, video, whatever.


Progress tracking — you’ll send clips or photos so we can actually see how you’re improving.

Phase 1’s where it all starts. We focus on getting you moving right, building consistency, and making sure you actually enjoy the process.

It’s not about being perfect — it’s about getting better every week, staying accountable, and proving to yourself you can do this.

If something ain’t right or you’re not fully satisfied with your virtual personal training, just reach out to me directly. I always do my best to make sure every client’s happy and getting what they paid for.

Refunds are handled case by case, depending on the situation — but you’ll always be treated fairly and with respect.


How does appointment scheduling work?

Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll get access to your virtual personal training account. From there, you’ll see the next steps to book your live sessions — simple, no stress. I’ll also message you directly to confirm your time slot and make sure it fits your schedule.


Can I buy more than one set of virtual personal training sessions?

Yeah, 100%. If you want to keep training, just purchase another round and you’ll get full access to another set of virtual personal training sessions.

A lot of my clients do this once they start seeing results — they keep the momentum going and level up phase by phase.


What equipment do I need for virtual training?

Don’t stress it — you don’t need a full gym setup.

We work with what you’ve got. If you’ve got dumbbells, resistance bands, or a mat — perfect. If not, I’ll show you how to use bodyweight and household stuff to get it done.

As you progress, I’ll help you decide what’s worth buying next to take your sessions up a level.


Do I need a gym membership?

Nah, not unless you want one.

You can train from home, outdoors, or at your local gym — it’s fully up to you.

I build your plan around your environment and what’s realistic for your lifestyle. The goal is to make training consistent, not complicated.
