Reiki & Energy Session

In Person in Rüti, Canton Zürich

This private Reiki and energy session offers you a gentle space to slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

Your session may support you when you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, energetically depleted, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of rest, grounding, and care.

We will begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what you would like support with. You will then be invited to relax and receive the energy session, followed by a few quiet moments to gently integrate your experience.

Your session includes

• A private one-to-one session in Rüti, Canton Zürich

• A short opening conversation and energetic check-in

• Reiki and intuitively guided energy work

• Grounding and integration time

• Gentle reflections or recommendations following the session, where appropriate

You do not need to prepare anything or arrive with a clearly defined intention. You are welcome to simply come and receive.

After purchasing

Once your purchase is complete, log into your private client area and select Book Your Session.

You will be able to choose from the currently available appointment times. The full address and preparation information will be provided privately after booking.

Please wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself a little unhurried time following your appointment.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least [24/48] hours notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than [24/48] hours notice, as well as missed appointments, are normally non-refundable. Please contact me as soon as possible when unexpected circumstances arise.

Energy sessions are complementary wellbeing services and are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.
