TOS

- Purchasing this avatar for personal use, personal edits etc is allowed

- When uploading, you MUST keep my credits on the avatar wheel, in no circumstance may it be removed.

- Custom/own profile pictures for the avatar are allowed! You do not have to credit me in the description of the avatar however would be appreciated.

- By default when I upload this avatar to your account description, name and picture will remain the same as the demo pomni -- you may change these yourself through the vrchat website!

- If relying on me for upload, please give me time. It will not be immediate/may take up to 2-3 days. Earlier purchases will warrant quicker uploads.

- Uploading personal edits publicly is not allowed unless restricted to everything the demo version includes

- If using this avatar for commissions, both/all parties must have the avatar purchased - edit/commission may not be published publicly

- Refunds are not allowed as this is a digital product

- If purchasing avatar, you are not allowed to give it out to friends unless said friend has purchased the avatar - will reiterate that uploads from me are available therefore this should not be necessary

- Any issues caused when self uploading is not my responsibility however messaging me for help is permitted. If I cannot solve your issue, I will not be held accountable for it

- Any issues lying within the base avatar that are down to me/my doing must be reported and will be fixed in due time

- Uploading files publicly is not allowed and will cause you a blacklist from my groups and servers, possibly also other servers

- If you see files or avatar uploaded anywhere that has not been permitted by myself, please alert me/make me aware in any way possible
