Build Your Back Office
You already know Claude Code can do the work. What nobody shows you is how to stop being the one who starts it every time.
This is a build, not a survey. Over twelve hands-on chapters you take the jobs you repeat every week and turn them into a back office that runs on a schedule while you do something else. You will find the work worth automating by measuring your own week rather than guessing. You will set up one place for your data that everything else reads and writes. Then you build three agents in order: one that only reads, so a mistake costs nothing, one that drafts and never sends, so a human still approves anything that leaves the building, and one that prepares what you need before you need it. You will learn to write a brief that cannot be misread, to spot the specific ways this goes confidently wrong, and to put a check in front of the step where a mistake would actually hurt.
Every chapter ends with a checkpoint, and every chapter from the third onward leaves you holding a working piece. By the last one you are not finished reading about a back office. You have one, and you built it.
No programming experience is needed at any point, and nothing here asks you to read code.
